Consulting & Feasibility Studies

Consulting & Feasibility Studies

We have helped companies interested in using our technology conduct feasibility studies to determine which systems would be best suited for there situation. This involves determining what biomass is available and the costs associated with it's collection; what type of system or technology would work best for it's conversion to energy or bio oil depending on what is required.

In many cases we have been able to develop innovative solutions which allows the economic collection of biomass and its conversion to energy for applications such as agriculture & farming to wood cutting projects to municipal solid waste management.

Research

To provide the best solution our processes and products have been throughly tested to ensure they will preform as expected. Numerous sample and prototype testing has been preformed at a local facility before our equipment is delivered.

One of our current projects is the design and fabrication of a research reactor having the ability to process numerous types of agricultural biomass as well as waste from commercial and industry. This allows the quick production of products from custom samples perfect for laboratory research.

Our research reactor makes use of the same technology used on our commercial plants and will utilize many of the same systems, therefore any deviation in the products produced will be minimized. This system is automated and requires minimal operator intervention; the parameters for each sample can be set prior to the run and then the system left to convert the sample.

By adjusting the parameters (temperature, resonance time, biomass, etc.) one can fine tune a reaction to maximize the yield of desired product.
